This is why every single piece that comes out from our factory is provided with the MOCA certification. According to the EU regulation 1935/2004, the MOCA certificate is necessary for all those items that, during their use, will come in contact with food.
The MOCA statement then guarantees not just the quality but also the safety of our products in each phase of its production, from raw material till the finished piece.
Every step is recorded and stamped on the ceramic, so that it would be easier and faster to trace back to the production lot, from creation to decoration, from backing to enamelling.
